Chef Richard Hebben, formerly Executive Chef at Hyatt at The Bellevue in Philadelphia, has earned an outstanding reputation as a world-class chef and was touted as one of the “Top US Chefs” by Conde Nast Traveler. Born in Reading, England, Hebben previously built a widely renowned  reputation throughout the Ritz Carlton chain, making him a favorite of celebrities including Robert DeNiro and Jay Leno. Chef Hebben has executed many well-known and successful events, from exclusive private affairs to large galas.

I have been employed at TCC since 2003, but I have been in the Restaurant/Customer Service business since I was 14 years old! Taking care of the members is my top priority. You'll see me at all times of day, whether it's in the dining room, stopping by the tavern or paying a poolside visit your comfort is my focus.

Some of my favorite things about Trenton Country Club revolve around the social nature of the club. Our specialty themed dinners such as the wine dinners and beer dinners showcase the variety of our offerings and the creativity of our Chef. Having been a part of the TCC team for as long as I have, seeing member families grow and enjoy their time here warms my heart and makes each day here exciting for me.
