For over a century, Trenton Country Club has employed the brightest stars in the hospitality industry--people who take pride in their work and are looking for a positive and energetic work environment surrounded by professional peers.

Dining room and banquet servers, kitchen staff, caddies, lifeguards, groundskeepers and maintenance crew, all work together with the objective of providing the highest level of service to TCC’s members and their guests. We hire full-time, part-time and seasonal employees throughout the year. We aim to provide continuity of excellent service year after year and season after season.
