Member wellness is a priority at Trenton Country Club. Our fitness facility features a variety of cardio machines, plus all the equipment and accessories you need for strength and resistance training including free weights, stability and medicine balls, bands, foam rollers and mats.
Group exercise classes, including Pilates, Yoga, Yogalates and Yoga for Golf, are led by certified instructors. These sessions will help you build or simply maintain your core and muscle strength, flexibility and balance.
Our personal trainer is available to develop an exercise routine customized for your own ability and fitness objectives. Work-outs can even be designed specifically to improve your tennis and golf games. In addition, our trainer can analyze your body composition and offer nutritional guidance to ensure you’re always at the top of your game.
Member locker room facilities are well-appointed and fully stocked with all the comforts of home so that our members can enjoy their favorite athletic activities and then easily transition to dinner or back to the office.
